Coaching and Counseling is $100 per one-hour session. 
Structured five-week coaching programs are $595, including materials. ​

All coaching sessions can be conveniently conducted by Zoom video conference (free for you) with flexible scheduling, eliminating the hassles of location and travel time. On site appointments in Portland, OR. Payment accepted through Paypal,  Venmo, Zelle, and other electronic portals. ​
